Do I have to show My ID?

Yes! All of the guests are required to show a valid ID upon check in. Bear in mind that the hotel reserves the right to charge your reservation as a NO SHOW if you fail to present a valid ID when checking it.

What is check-in like at the hotel?

As always! Go to the front desk and tell them you have a reservation with BYHOURS. You will be asked for identification and to pay for your stay.

Do I need the original confirmation email?

Not at all! It is enough with your confirmation number or ID.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

Depends on the hotel. We recommend you to filter your search with this option. Please note that it may have additional cost. If you need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will gladly contact the hotel.

What hotel services are included?

You will be able to enjoy all the hotel services that are included in the price of your stay, for example: the swimming pool or the gymnasium. Some hotels usually charge additional services such as parking, breakfast, room service, spa, among others.

At what time can I enter the room?

The check-in time is up to you!. Please note that some hotels may not have availability at the time you want your reservation.

Can I enter a little earlier or a little later after my check-in time?

If you think you’re going to be late or you’d like to arrive earlier, we suggest that you notify the hotel, because they may have your room ready and won’t mind if you arrive a few minutes before. But it will depend on the hotel and the circumstances
